Coffee Academy at UND Starbucks

Join us for Coffee Academy at UND Starbucks and explore the roots of coffee from where it's grown to how it's brewed. This interactive session will explore the flavor notes, the aroma profiles, and origins of the many Starbucks coffees. Participants will get hands on experience of sampling, while discovering which foods enhance each cup's unique characteristics. Whether you're a wanna be barista, cafe enthusiast or a casual consumer, this event will deepen your appreciation for coffee.

Please note that this is a one-day class offered four different days. Please only register for one date. Due to the popularity of this class, we ask that if you register, but are unable to attend that you notify us so that someone from the waitlist is able to attend.

Every batch is carefully crafted using premium beans, with a commitment to consistency, quality, and responsible sourcing. Our roaster is dedicated to continual improvement—honoring both the craft of coffee and the people and places behind every bean.
Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at the Roastery, explore the company store, learn about the roasting process, and participate in a Q&A session.

There are several stairs to be considered for this tour.
Participants aged 11-17 are welcome with an adult.
